According to Bach each individual is person that has to be considered as an element belonging to a big mosaic, part of a “cosmos” to which we are connected through a shared vibration. The disease is therefore occurs because there is no link between our personality and the cosmic energy field. Each of the Bach flowers is identified with a specific spiritual concept and more precisely, a vibration frequency. The frequency of plant vibration is suitable to cure different disorders and it would therefore restore the vibration between soul and body. As a result the patient can be healed.
From a practical point of view the therapy based on Bach flowers consists in flower essences, dried under the sun, boiled and diluted into a mixture of water and brandy (used as preservative) that are administered in minimum but gradual doses, generally four drops every four hours on the mouth mucosa.
