Thermal muds are analgesic and anti-inflammatory therapies. This type of treatment consists in the application of hot mud on the skin at a temperature of 38-40 degrees, avoiding sensitive areas. After 10/20 minutes the treatment continues with baths in sea water. The muds are based on the mixture of sulphur mineral waters, soil and clay.  

The therapeutic action is related to the water properties. They can be used to solve problems of the skeleton, muscle apparatus because they relax muscles but they are also advisable in case of liver and gastroenteric diseases.  
The thermal mud is a natural and effective remedy because it has a series of beneficial effects on the whole body, thus contributing to wellbeing. It is also used to improve skin imperfections. They are associated to seaweed extracts to fights against cellulitis and the accumulation of liquids.

The muds have noteworthy anti-inflammation and detoxicating properties, they relax muscles and favour blood circulation. They act in several ways: thermal stimulation, release of substances produced by seaweed contained in the mud, the release of minerals from thermal water.
